Really helpful staff and I was kept in the loop throughout my visit. I actually really enjoyed sitting peacefully, with my Kindle drinking tea, while I waited to get my car back! They ordered the parts I needed and they were in the next day.

I purchased my first new Citroën in 1997 and in 2009 I went overseas to work on my return in 2016 I came straight to Charles Hurst Citreon as I knew the service had been so good in the past and it still is. The staff take time to explain everything and followup is great, excellent service all round.

I had initial difficulty in booking a service on line but when I telephoned I spoke to Stephen and was offered a suitable date and time.My visit was very smooth - greeted and dealt with by Gemma who explained the process and phoned me when my vehicle was ready.A very professional service from start to finish
