Very happy and satisfied with my experience from start to finish at Charles Hurst Citroen. All the staff I met was very welcoming and accommodating. Samuel Angus was my sales man and he was brilliant! He was professional, friendly and a down to earth genuine guy. We chatted away about everything and anything lol. Felt like I’d known him for years! He went out of his way to get me the car I wanted which originally wasn’t in stock when I first went up to Charles Hurst. A day later, he got me exactly what I was looking for! from then he kept in contact with regular updates about the car every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Samuel 😊 5/5!

Service and the staff was soo helpful

Service was really attentive and efficient and staff were very pleasant and friendly. Just a little too much time spent on trying to sell ancillary things like gap insurance and cover for cosmetic bumps and scratches.
