This was my first visit to Charles Hurst and I was surprised at how efficiently the Service operation was run.The 'go-between' front of house receptionist followed my car, and the procuring and ordering of Parts, closely, and gave me increasing confidence that I was going to have a successful experience.My car is over seventeen tears old, so it is possible that there would be the problem of 'why bother' / 'parts are not available' .So, well done Charles Hurst, Citroen!

Left.my.car back with just below half a tank of.petrol, 149 miles left. New car only had 71 miles left. I would have liked the petrol tank to have at least half given the current situation regarding fuel prices. Other than that everything was great.
