Extremely happy with the service - car collection from home and return, email, text and phone communications at every stage and electronic report. Not sure the Video came through this time around but it did come through last year - however, as there were no issues with the vehicles, then there was probably no need?

We are very pleased with the team at Charles Hurst Citroen, from picking our new C3 Aircross to the sales team that informed us of the options etc, everything was carried out very efficiently and with courtesy. We were very pleased with the sale and many thanks to Darren the sales rep.
