From the very start we where shown all the options available for me, im in wheelchair so i needed to be sure i choose a car with a big boot. We where greeted to Darren and he couldnt have been nicer and he had expert knowledge of all the cars we choose to look at, he also gave us his whole attention through out our vist but gave us alone time to discuss the cars. We where delighted to have dealt with him. We had been in other showrooms in the complex and we where ignored, i phoned one for an appt and the receptionist who said weve no appts and that was end of the conversion, then mins later i was called by a man saying he could fit me in, i was not impressed. We are delighted with our new car and Darren was a credit to Charles Hurst.
