Excellent customer service

The quality of service from the Service Department particularly James was first class. Very efficient, very clear, precise and helpful and professional.Unfortunately this could not be said of the quality of service from the DS sales staff. I felt patronised and treated as if I was in panel of making a balanced and informed decision on my potential future purchase of a replacement DS7. Sadly after 15 years as a loyal customer buying cars from Charles Hurst Citroen I will be unlikely to purchase another car there.
