EXCELLENT 👌 I dealt with Andy mcgrugan when purchasing my car and I had absolutely no problem’s from start to finish nothing was a problem. We were helped with buying, selling and finance , Andy also introduced me Alister Fleeming a Scottish manger who was also very pleasant and helpful 👍👍 all in all superb experience from all staff. Lauren is an absolute credit to your organisation, from the moment she dealt with us she explained every step and answered every question we asked, we have just come back to the motobillity scheme after an absence and basing our previous experiences against how lauren treated us it was a difference of night and day, lauren is an exceptional sales person and obviously care how customers are treated,Thank you, steve and betty

Customer service was excellent, only minor point was the online booking system allowed me to book a service for 4pm, however when I received my courtesy call from pleasant staff members it was brought to my attention that it was actually for 10:30am. Staff were very accommodating and offered me a 1:30pm slot instead.
