Rachel was very helpful and friendly, she made sure that I was kept up to date with any information regarding my car.

The next morning I found a puddle of oil under my car, I had driven about 40 miles, on inspection the underside of the bonnet was soaked with oil as is the front half of the engine. Checked oil filler cap and it was ok, checked dipstick and it was missing, found it lying on top of the radiator. Checked oil level, it is showing half way between the high and low marks on the dipstick.
