Overall the service was good and Andy McGrugan was very helpful. He sent us personal videos of several cars so it no faultof his that we did no choose to change toCitroen. We have been customers of Hursts for many years at Newtownards and have never met anyone from any management team. So maybe it’s time to change.

The car buying experience was very positive. The actual pickup of the vehicle and initial condition could have been better, as there was a problem with the left front tyre. This was however satisfactorily resolved.
