Just wondering if the service plan is worth it as the service only took an hour and I have paid £180. Also I didn’t get any paperwork or Visio and I don’t know what was done to the car. I had expected more information when the service was done.

Our experience with Citroen Belfast was outstanding. We were booked in on a Saturday morning and had dealt with James Kennedy for the booking etc.James was really helpful in all areas. We travelled to Belfast from Newry for our service, therefore we needed to wait around the area until the service was completed. James directed us to a really nice restaurant in the area which he didn't have to do, a really down-to-earth helpful guy.We were told our service would take approx 2 hrs to complete and were really happy when it was completed in just over an hour! It meant we didn't have to wait around for much time at all.Very speedy service, helpful customer service, and particularly highlighting James for his manner and help during the whole process! Please give him praise and thanks on our behalf if possible and hire more guys like him!

Matthew Sloan looked after me and I can't praise him enough. From start to finish the experience was first class, he explained everything clearly and went out of his way to find me the best deal possible. Handover was excellent and can honestly say that Matthew now has a repeat customer - I won't go to anyone else when changing my car or my partners
