Lauren was brilliant, sent me a video of the car after I did the test drive, which I thought was brilliant, Lauren was polite and could not do enough for me, she was running late the second time, but gave apologies and came to find me as soon as she was free. On looking around the cars not one person approached us, we had to go into the showroom and ask for help. Saying that all the staff that I spoke to are very polite and very friendly.
