From booking to collecting my serviced car, the entire process was completed very swiftly and professionally. The staff at Charles Hurst Citroen were very pleasant and knowledgeable as they have always been, my car was serviced, given a valet and returned to me very quickly with all works completed to a very high standard. As per all previous experiences, the staff and processes employed at CH Citroen are fantastic, they get full marks from me, Thanks CH Citroen.

First class throughout

I was needing to upgrade my car after receiving a significant list of work needing done following a annual service. Sam and Adam in sales sorted me out throughout the purchase process.

Gemma on service desk was easy to talk to, she talked me through the process and kept me up to date, I was told service will take between 2-2.5h but it took 4h so that was the only downside but it’s okay I rather my vehicle to be done right. Definitely will come back for next service.
