First class throughout

I was needing to upgrade my car after receiving a significant list of work needing done following a annual service. Sam and Adam in sales sorted me out throughout the purchase process.

Gemma on service desk was easy to talk to, she talked me through the process and kept me up to date, I was told service will take between 2-2.5h but it took 4h so that was the only downside but it’s okay I rather my vehicle to be done right. Definitely will come back for next service.

I met a very nice young man that took time to listen to me He was very knowledgeable in his job knew what was best for me and directed me in the right direction. Very polite, well spoken. And chattie. When he took me to my car he told me what everything was for how to work the no need for a key to start the car and took me though the gears which were completely different from my last car ... overall a nice gentleman.
