I received excellent treatment from all concerned. I arrived at the service desk a bit early and the young lady asked me to wait for a while to contact a driver to take me home again as I am a disabled person and live in Carryduff I was driven home and the driver took the car back for service then delivered it back to me that afternoon I love the way in which I was treated great service from Citroen Belfast. everything was brilliant from I first walked into the showrooms. After I had picked the car that I wanted the sales people kept me in the loop right until I collected my car. At the handover the sales person was brilliant, he went through everyrhing thoroughly and was a very pleasant man. I must say it was the best experience that i have ever had with Charles Hurst as I have had some bad experiences with them before.

Because it’s hard to find staff so friendly like the staff I met. People now just don’t have time for customers and I didn’t feel that. The girl on the desk went and brought the car around to the door. Excellent service
