As always I was impressed with not only the work completed on the car but with the usual friendly welcome I get from the guys in the servicing dept. Rachel is my normal point of contact and is always there to answer questions or resolve any issues, her customer service goes above and beyond the norm.

Brilliant customer service and experience from start to finish. Even took out to the car after the service which I thought it was a nice touch. Offer tea and coffee by members of staff Brilliant. Well done Charles Hurst staff.
