Dealing primarily with Mark in Service, his communication skills and affable manner made everything seem easy and efficient. Kieran (might be spelt differently) who conducted the video health survey was clear, concise and effective. The car is driving better, whilst more work is required via engagement with Citroen Customer Service, they washed the car and clearly engaged to agree what would/could/wouldn’t be carried out. Excellent service and I would recommend.
