Lady in service department who booked my car in on the day and who's name I've forgotten was very friendly and helpful. Even going that 'extra mile' excuse the pin. In helping me find the location of a shop I wanted to visit whilst my car was in getting serviced. Excellent customer service, thank you.

It seemed as if my booking did not go through as thought. I received a confirmation but no follow up afterwards. There was initial worry upon arrival at the dealership to find out my online booking had not been recognised. After that, Mark put my mind at ease and was able to get the car serviced as planned.

It was straightforward and easy to understand the options of extras on offer. I had already booked in online so all I had to do was hand over the keys. I received a call to tell me when car was ready within the estimated time and received a text to tell me how to view the health check.
