I had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident that wrote my car off and subsequently needed a car within days before the rental hire ran out. Justin ensured that I wasn't left stranded and had a vehicle ready for me within a couple of days. He was patient with me as I navigated the car purchasing process as it was something I hadn't done before by myself. I was nervous about driving a newer high tech model and he offered to get it into position so that it was easier for me to drive away from your dealership with more confidence. I had been to several places to source a car before this and no one made me feel more at ease than Justin did.
