Everyone was so nice in Renault/dacia Charles hurst. My first point of contact was Chloe she was very good, very informative and made to measure finances that suited me. Her advice about different things to take out as extras was explained very well. Also the manager Stephen Moore finished off the details as Chloe was off on holidays. All lovely helpful staff.

Chloe was great to deal with. Asked all the right questions and clearly took on board what we had to say. She found us a car to fit our budget and had it turned around quickly. She took me through everything I needed in the car when I collected it and haven't felt the to contact her as I have had no issues. Very staisfied with the experience.
