He took time to show me around the cars available and managed to find me something suitable within my price range. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I certainly would have no hesitation in using this garage again

In the market for an EV. Currently have a C5 Aircross-super vehicle. I test drove an electric DS-fantastic. Sales person was second to none-attentive but most importantly not pushy. On this occasion, purely down to personal circumstances I did not buy. However would highly recommend the vehicle and staff at the dealership. Thanks guys.

I wanted a quote based on trading in my car against another. I did not want additional options. I wanted a basic price to change. If that price had of been suitable then I may have looked at the additional options. I have found this every time I have visited Charles Hurst (not only at the DS part) and find it very off putting. I have gone to a different dealership entirely andam buying a new car there. The hard sell just doesn't cut it with me.
