In the market for an EV. Currently have a C5 Aircross-super vehicle. I test drove an electric DS-fantastic. Sales person was second to none-attentive but most importantly not pushy. On this occasion, purely down to personal circumstances I did not buy. However would highly recommend the vehicle and staff at the dealership. Thanks guys.

I wanted a quote based on trading in my car against another. I did not want additional options. I wanted a basic price to change. If that price had of been suitable then I may have looked at the additional options. I have found this every time I have visited Charles Hurst (not only at the DS part) and find it very off putting. I have gone to a different dealership entirely andam buying a new car there. The hard sell just doesn't cut it with me.

I received very good service from yourselves. The only thing I was not happy with was the car I received from yourselves had not been cleaned properly inside and out.

Well, to be honest, I did ask about scuffs and marks before picking it up.When I returned home and family looked at the car the inside of one of the door frames the paint was badly chipped and marked. I know the car is 2 years old but issue should have been fix before collection of car, as I live in Derry don’t want to make the long drive down to get it fixed but was offered a paint kit to be posted to fix myself, just a little disappointed. But car is beautiful.
