I wasn't planning on changing my car but got invited to the loyalty event by Melissa, As my car was in for a service that morning I accepted. I instantly knew the only car I wanted to look at was the DS 3 Crossback in white. Ethan was so helpful and showed me round the car and explained it's many features. He went through all the details and then called for Adam and the manager who had came over from Scotland to bring down my monthly paymnets. I was delighted with the discount offered and eneded up buying the car. The whole process was smooth and efficent and I picked my car up the following week. Everyone was so helpful and made the expereince easy, especially Ethan.

Both Darren and Adam were brilliant to work with.There is an issue with the sensors on the car but Darren has said that this will be fixed.

It was a long process and was delayed at the end but Naomi was amazing and I got flowers and a full tank when I collected the ds3 :) very pleased

Darren Dunne is a gentleman. Unfortunately as the 24hrs lapsed after driving off I began to realise the vehicle had not been properly prepped. Sticky plastics still in place all over the show. Stickers still on number plate from after the showroom plate was removed. Very hard to remove this. Had to use petrol to dissolve. Damaged the front plate in the process. Need a new one. The vehicle was still set up to factory settings. Dash still in French. Clocks set to Middle Eastern time. All very annoying and I know Darren assumed all this was done but it wasn’t.
