Your system shows the message as read at 12:39:07 (UTC) on the same day. To date, I have received no response from either Toyota or the dealership.This notice concerns the rejection of my Toyota Yaris Cross (Reg: KMZ 2441) due to the ongoing starting fault. The issue has been repeatedly reported, and both parties are fully aware of the nature of the defect. Ignoring the matter will not resolve it.I remain willing to discuss a reasonable compromise; however, I require a formal response. I bought a fiat 500 for my daughter in January, it broke down 3 times , we lost out on learner insurance, insurance, tax , mot is expired . You got my car since the 07.04 nearly 8 weeks . No communication from your side , no help . The car we pursesd is not fit for the road , we lost so much money , time and its very stressful. Its a fight from the start . Please contact me ASAP, my solicitor is already notified ive got no energy for this anymore

I will never use Charles Hurst ever again took my car routing service which 4 hours then I got my car back nothing would work properly I could not mirror my phone and radio did not and the language had been changed to French it took me ages to get it back to English and was told my car would be washed but it looked like someone had thrown a bucket of water on it and not cleaned at all
