Dear Charles Hurst Customer Service,Please find attached my formal complaint letter titled “Final Opportunity to Resolve – Unrepaired 4WD Fault (Audi Q5 Reg ML20KHX)”.This issue has been ongoing since 2024 and has been reported multiple times during the warranty period, yet remains unresolved. I have also included details of my recent attempts to escalate the matter internally, which have received no response.I am allowing 14 days from the date of this email for a full written response.
