I can say that all of the young men who work in Charles Hurst Ferrari are always pleasant, professional, friendly and make time for a quickChat and a bit of craic. Having gotten to know most of them by now during my visits to the showroom, I place my full trust in them when it comes to looking after my pride and joy. On arrival at Ferrari I was greeted by the team manager Rory who was very welcoming and introduced me to Richard who would take me on a teat drive which he did, his knowledge was exemplary and put me at ease which altogether made the drive more enjoyable. The whole Ferrari experience was fantastic and although I didn’t purchase the car doesn’t mean that maybe something in the near future may appeal to me.

Great experience with the dealership to date. I bought an 812 Superfast from you in April 2021 without seeing the car. Not having driven or sat in one it was everything i expected and more.I did have an issue with car which was of no fault to any service given by Charles Hurst.I would like to give a special mention to Richard McMillan who has gone over and above with issues i had on the car and brought a quick resolution even out of office hours.
