My complaint relates to how Charles Hurst holds my data. For a number of years I have been receiving text messages to remind me my car is due a service or MOT check, normally this is fine except I am continually contacted about makes and models of cars which I have never owned, I have had notifications about Citroen, Peugeot, and Toyota, I am very rarely contacted about the cars I do drive.I recently got my Lexus serviced, I was asked to check in online, whenever I did the portal thanked “Mr Murray” for checking in, I added a note to say who I was and the details on file were incorrect. When I arrived to leave the car for a service I was told there was no booking for me, I asked if there was a booking for Mr Murray and there was. At this point, the lady took a note to update my record. Last week I received a voicemail for Mr Murray to see if I was happy with the service. I also received a reminder to book my Toyota in for a service last week! This is not a complaint against Lexus, as the staff are lovely and have always been very helpful. However, I have been asking to have my account tided and corrected for years at both Kia and Lexus. Can I please ask someone checks and tidies the account record for me as it does get annoying, I am sure this is also a GDPR issue as other people’s details are being shared with me.

Good morning today I had the rather unpleasant experience of taking my motorbike to Charles hurst tyres on the airport road for a puncture repair the puncture in question was still with the parameters of a repair I was told that I needed a new tyre which was completely a lie I understand it doesn’t matter if a tyre is 5 minutes old or 5 years old if it can’t be repaired it can’t be repaired and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced service like this from this site I didn’t agree with his assessment and was told that it couldn’t e fixed I then drove down to Dromore A1 and I didn’t mention you or what you said and low and behold they said yes it can be fixed they even showed me the tyre it’s close but it still is repairable and A1 is a reputable name and they specialises in bike so they know they jobs. Upon getting back to Belfast I phoned Charles hurst tyres spoke to Les the manager and was told he stands by his technician and they never refused to fix the tyre with that never happen so the question is why wouldn’t this store repair my tyre and when I take it to a competitor of yours and without any information about what happened up in belfast why where they able to repair it safely. Like I said I’ve had issues before with this store and I’m not alone this place has a reputation for underhanded practices and I’m not happy I am a customer of hurst for many years now and I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff in your show rooms but today has put a nasty taint on me with all this running around needlessly please investigate and reply back when you get the opportunity for I am going to push this as far as I can I will never use of speak well or recommend Charles hurst tyres which is a shame for the rest of the business I couldn’t speak highly off many thank.

Please can someone contact me. I had everything saved email but due to virus lost everything. I need support. My car I purchased from yourselves NGZ 9716 a Kia sportage. The gearbox has now gone. I see there was a 7 year warranty on it. Is it still valid? Can you please check when I purchased & how to find out if I am covered please?

Had a problem with the car I just bought, reported withing 48hrs, waitedweeks on an appointment, not fixed but parts ordered, parts fitted badly causing a return and the main problem still not fixed. 3 more weeks pass car in a different dealship. No good news so I loss faith in it ever getting fixed after I had to talk to and take the car I just got to a different dealership myself. Contacted to cancel the car, no problem. So I did and swooped for a different one (surely that's it) Finance not cleared costing me to pay for both cars. (Alot in the middle but trying to cut the fluffy bit) Got told that it's up to me to contact them and get it sorted myself. Then after me checking "it's sorted now and you will get your money back" only for me then getting a letter today dated 28th January 2026 to tell me I've missed a payment for the old car under the old agreement number that was handed back 3 months ago.RedLine agreement number 100039968190
