Very happy with the customer service from Nicola. Just a bit disappointed when when the insurance details for the car were received for the car that the third drivers details were not on the paperwork. My son’s driving license had been left off policy after being photocopied by Nicola in the office. Rang in to ask could the retails you held be sent on and amended by Dundonald but the man who answered phone query just said they couldn’t fix it after policy sent out Would have to forward details myself, no apology ,that was it !! Nicola was on holidays so couldn’t speak to her in person.

Alex and Ben at Hyundai in Dundonald were extremely helpful and responsive. Gave me a competitive pride for my old car, which massively factored my decision. Pre-booking my next MOT was also a nice touch.
