Considering replacing my car with a Hyundai Tuscon. Charles Hurst in Dundonald had a potential car worth considering, but advised they have no facility to deliver cars over from Northern Ireland to Scotland. I am currently unable to travel over to Dundonald at this time, so I also asked whether my trade in car could be assessed at Lookers branch in Glasgow before discussing further with Charles Hurst. Again this could not be accommodated.

Dealt with Ben who was very helpful and a lovely guy. Would have got 5 stars, if I had a tyre repair kit (kit had been used) and the Hyundai owners manual, which was missing. However, on contacting Ben he got these two items sorted. Thank you.
