We had a very nice young man called Rory Hughes who was very nice to both myself and my husband. Rory explained everything to us and thankfully had patience with us as we are in our late 70’s and sometimes are a bit slow to understand things. As for our car we love it and are getting used to It. It was a very good experience Nicole the girl who was looking after me was very good and was watching for me coming she had everything waiting and the paperwork went through very smooth then she took me out to the car and showed me all the things I needed to know Nicole answer all the questions I asked and reassured me if I had any questions I had that she would only be on the phone if I need help Nicole was very good at what she does.
