I felt at ease with each of the staff members I spoke to. Alex who took me through the process of buying my car made the journey seamless from start to finish. Staff where helpful, I was told it would be 2 hours for a waiting service but it only took an hour. Could not get on to Wifi but think that was my work laptop as I could see it on my phone
