Just wanted what happened yesterday to be acknowledge and the fact Ben did his upmost to make sure i still recieved the car same day. It was obviously very disappointing to get a telephone call when I was almost at the dealship giving I travel a distance to get there. I was notifed that the car would not be ready u til 1/1:30 (initially car was to be collected at 12noon) as the valet guys hadnt done their job yet and then 2nd phone call to say the car was never serviced. Ben went out of his way to make sure I got the car and he personally delievered the car himself. I cant thank him enough for the exceptional service.

Rory was very prompt in his reply and tried to be helpful but unfortunately there wasn’t what I want. But he will keep in touch if something appears.

Alex could not have been more helpful. He made everything so straight forward and uncomplicated. Combined with a great deal we couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
