When I phoned when service was finished, I was told I needed a wiper blade as my front one was split. Only on getting home and the rain started I noticed that actually the wiper had a piece hanging of it. I am 100% sure that my wiper blade was not like that when left on your premises, as it was raining on my way up to leave the car, and I certainly would have noticed a bit hanging of. Of course I can't prove this, but am very unhappy about it.
