Excellent service and consumer experience at Dundonald but I dislike the call centre initial booking practice I prefer to deal with Dundonald directly that are excellent all round

I was changing my car as part of Disability living and Rory was very helpful when we were looking at new cars and settled on a new Hyundai all forms were well explained by him on the day of picking up our car we were early and he was still with another customer Nicola introduced herself and asked if she could help I inserted the PIN number and the car was mine we were offered tea or coffee she was a lovely lady she brought our car around and on the way out Rory was finished with the other customer and came over to make sure we were being well looked after all together it was a wonderful experience
