Ben was great, we really appreciated his relaxed approach to us, yet he was able to share lots of detail about the vehicle. This one didn't turn out to be the right fit, but based off this experience we would 100% come back.

Sales guys were excellent but the prepping of vehicle not so great.

The handover was smooth and quick and Robert was very helpful. He got my new documents ready for me so I could tax the car straight away. He was also very patient when it took about an hour for me to transfer the funds due to getting fraud check phone calls from my bank. I forgot that I had a daily limit on my account and did not phone up the bank beforehand. He always set my phone up in the new car. I love my new car and thankfully so does my husband 😀
