Nicola from Dundonald Charles Hurst was great. Friendly, helpful and even offered to look after our puppy when we went on a test drive. When the date for the car kept being putting back she was always very apologetic and she was very easy to talk to when we saw her in person. She made us feel special and I would definitely go back to Charles hurst

One of the salesmen was very rude. Told me i couldn't park my car where i had left it because these were cars for sale and to park in the spaces around the back but there was no spaces. He then put me into a space over in the toyota sales in between cars for sale. Not only did he do what he told me not to do but i'm registered disabled and was displaying my badge. His customer service was appauling but have always been treated very well by everyone previous to this. Unfortunately i didn't catch his name but was well tanned with piercing eyes and young.

I mentioned a problem with a rear tyre last year and was told it was ok. I've had trouble with it needing attention ever since and this year was told it had a puncture. This was attended to. I trust this will solve the problem.

I was treated in a most pleasant and professional manner by the sales consultant who had great patience and answered all my questions in a straightforward way.

This was a mostly superb service & experience. The only negative for me was my vehicle was washed at the end but not dried off and it left a lot of water stains all over it. I had washed and waxed my vehicle 2 days before so I was a bit frustrated.

We were looked after by Alex on the sales team and he was fantastic. He answered all our questions and gave us space to decide whether we made a purchase or not. We also appreciated the unaccompanied test drive!

I would suggest that the dealership contact the buyer at least once a month to update the delivery process. Even if there is no new information.
