We have dealt with Lauren in the service reception dept and she is an excellent asset to your company. Extremely friendly, helpful and very courteous. Extremely easy to dealt with and I’d be grateful if you could pass my comments onto her. The reason I gave 4 stars was I think that Hurst are a little expensive. If it was just on how Lauren dealt with us it would be 5/5. Jim
