Overall good service, however the app that is sent showing the progress of your car is not updated until the service or repair is completed. Which if it is designed to show the progress of your vehicle then it does not work

Have requested an early date as the car needed an urgent repair. Request was granted. Repair and service were completed in the time given. All staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this business to everybody. When the time comes to choose a new car my first point of call will be Charles Hurst. They are just great.
