It was easy to use however no possibility to change, question or go back to the check in once complete. Prices were not shown and were on the print out at the end, but not applicable for my recall, so not consistent.Were slow initially to get me a courtesy car and to have a timescale for the additional repair however once that was sorted the repair and collection process was very quick and smooth.
