The key word I would use to describe the service delivered by Jaguar Belfast is quality. Over the years I have experienced a variation in service when purchasing a new car and this has differed from good to extremely poor. This service stands in a league of its own. Chris Hill as my salesperson delivered a top quality service from the point I was considering a car in the showroom. It was a completely tailored service to my individual need and the care and attention to detail to ensuring customer satisfaction was second to none. Chris displayed an in-depth knowledge of all the elements and there was no question or issue he couldn’t answer or address. His communication with us was excellent, with the provision of personalised video presentations describing the features of the car as well as the products available such as the value for money service plan. There were a few delays on my part but Chris applied highly professional skills in remaining calm, measured and balanced at all times. He is a tremendous asset to Jaguar sales. I couldn’t commend him highly enough. I felt reassured at all times that I was in safe hands in buying my dream car. An excellent service from beginning to end. You won’t get a service like this anywhere else.
