On the 15th ofSeptember the AA reported a sensor on VRZ2096 needed replaced. Car booked in to have sensor replaced plus 21000 mile service 19th nov service completed. ----still waiting on sensor replacement .. Is this now normal Jaguar service.

Checking in did not seem to change or optimise anything. Selecting I wanted air conditioning recharge did not get communicated to staff , and I had to raise this again in personI was impressed with how my service advisor, Una McBennett, made great effort to update me most days on the progress of the work, and also with how everything, including a couple of extra small issues, had been addressed without re-prompting. High quality courtesy car was supplied without issue for duration of work and warranty claims submitted and approved with no issues. Excellent all round and I have always been impressed with the level of service and professionalism from Charles Hust JLR.
