Checking in did not seem to change or optimise anything. Selecting I wanted air conditioning recharge did not get communicated to staff , and I had to raise this again in personI was impressed with how my service advisor, Una McBennett, made great effort to update me most days on the progress of the work, and also with how everything, including a couple of extra small issues, had been addressed without re-prompting. High quality courtesy car was supplied without issue for duration of work and warranty claims submitted and approved with no issues. Excellent all round and I have always been impressed with the level of service and professionalism from Charles Hust JLR.

I tried to use the on-line check in system. I had a question (I can't remember what) so I phoned you and was told that even if I filled in the on-line check-in I would meet with a service advisor - which would be my preference anyway. Don't waste my time and your resources promoting a system that is not usedMy overall experience of Charles Hurst since buying my Jaguar 7 years ago is pretty awful. You are improving, and indeed this survey which is the first I have received relating to aftercare, shows you are trying. My 4* is meant to reflect, for my recent experience, above average.
