Have found out before when I bought from Hurst absolutely no follow up.Would be nice.

The Salesperson was Mark McMullan in Boucher Road, Belfast. He was an excellent representative of Charles Hurst. He was not 'pushy' in his conversations. He gave us the information and details we required and gave us time to reflect what we had been talking about with him. When we decided to purchase our F Pace, Mark was very helpful and made himself available for all our queries. This is our sixth jaguar. The standard is very good.

The customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. Chris in Jaguar sales could not have been more courteous and helpful, as was David in Landrover sales. We decided to buy a new Jaguar F-pace and from start to finish the process was not only straightforward, and easy to understand but also enjoyable. Lack of communication from Jaguar re delivery of vehicle was very frustrating - Hurst did their best to keep me informed.

The car wasn’t particularly well presented on original inspection with lots of marks on the paintwork and a handprint inside - but when I informed Dougie of this he got it sorted out straight away and the car was presented to a high standard. Dougie Aughey has been extremely easy to contact and very helpful throughout.
