Subsequently had great difficulty getting through to your service dept. by phone !! The switchboard answered very politely but then the phone rang for over 10mins before I hung up. This happened more than once.

Sales staff were civil, helpful and not overly pushy. I was guided through the sale and not pushed. I felt they were on my side and had my best interests (and future purchases) first and foremost in their mind.

This is the first time we have had any dealings with Charles Hurst and based on our initial visit to the showroom we knew this is where we would get our new car. Chris Hill went over and above answering any queries we had and never made us feel we where a nuisance. If he was not available to talk to us at that time he always called back.
