Great service and helpful throughout the process even given change of staff during the handover

Purchased a new E Pace Jaguar in June 2021.We drove home with our new car and when we arrived home the front numberplate was coming off!!!Two months later we started to notice a noise in the drivers window. Later on the same noise in passenger side window. We contacted the garage and had to wait quite a long time before we could get it checked out. We now have both windows repaired.We like our E Pace, however very disappointed with the car faults we have had so far.Found staff very helpful.

No booking - turned up to get wheel lock nuts removed - Job done.
