Excellent and professional service from Charles Hurst Land Rover in Belfast. The service advisor Chris did a great job, keeping me well informed as to progress on the repairs to my Land Rover. My car was returned clean, and the repair was completed.

The servicing was excellent but the delivery of the car was late by 1 day.

Been approx. 8.5 years since I got a new car so choosing my next one was extremely important to me I already had a car lined up elsewhere and had only called into the showroom to have a final look before I went ahead with a purchase with another company When talking to Gary, he was able to tailor a package that suited my needs moreso - I also think it was in the days that followed, Gary was prompt, responsive, went above and beyond to helping me with some very specific requests Would fairly say Gary went above and beyond most people would have and it was mostly for this reason alone, I chose to proceed with him versus my other car option - Do believe had it of been someone else that dealt with me it may not have resulted in me making the same decision, just my opinion.

Very pleased with the service, a replacement vehicle was sourced quickly and the fault on my car diagnosed speedily and efficiently.

Excellent service, however they forgot to issue my AdBlue will have to go back to get this.

Louis who looked after me was just really good organising the service and getting it done first as I was wait ing for the car as I had travelled from Waringstown. He called me when a wiper needed replaced

Barbara in particular was excellent. She kept me updated throughout what turned out to be a more protracted process, through no fault of yourselves. Only disappointment was that the car wasn't washed as it usually is after a service!

The service was excellent but the text message was unable to print out unlike previous years , I would prefer an email with the service report including the date and mileage etc for my records, thank you.
