Easy to use but unable to change once you had done it - and I got an Engine Warning Light in the vehicle on the Friday before the service which I would have like to have added on to the online check in.Greeted politely at the vehicle. Dealt with Kate who was polite and professional throughout. Received video health check and was able to speak to Kate about it. Part required to clear warning light was out of stock but rebooked in to get that fixed also without any issues.Courtesy car was nice. Less than a quarter of a tank of petrol but more was offered. My only comment would be that the inside of the vehicle was a bit grubby - could have been cleaned before issuing.

Staff were lovely. Very informative very supporting and attentive to any needs. The man mark who delt with us was very respectful and made us feel more than welcome. Lovely place clean

Having only used the check in on line I cannot comment on the service.Due to much longer wait time than expected.

Felt relaxed and well looked during the handover, allowing me to follow and understand the different features available to me. Also appreciated the thoughtfulness shown to my wife, with the lovely bunch of flowers.
