I tried to use the on-line check in system. I had a question (I can't remember what) so I phoned you and was told that even if I filled in the on-line check-in I would meet with a service advisor - which would be my preference anyway. Don't waste my time and your resources promoting a system that is not used My overall experience of Charles Hurst since buying my Jaguar 7 years ago is pretty awful. You are improving, and indeed this survey which is the first I have received relating to aftercare, shows you are trying. My 4* is meant to reflect, for my recent experience, above average.

Easy to use but unable to change once you had done it - and I got an Engine Warning Light in the vehicle on the Friday before the service which I would have like to have added on to the online check in. Greeted politely at the vehicle. Dealt with Kate who was polite and professional throughout. Received video health check and was able to speak to Kate about it. Part required to clear warning light was out of stock but rebooked in to get that fixed also without any issues. Courtesy car was nice. Less than a quarter of a tank of petrol but more was offered. My only comment would be that the inside of the vehicle was a bit grubby - could have been cleaned before issuing.

Staff were lovely. Very informative very supporting and attentive to any needs. The man mark who delt with us was very respectful and made us feel more than welcome. Lovely place clean
