I ordered my car in June 2021, prior to these extraordinary delays affecting the motor industry. Chris Hill, the salesman, has kept in touch at every opportunity, despite it often being negative news, and has been totally professional in his dealings with me. When I was picking my car up, Paul, the dealer Principal, even came over to chat to me and thank me for my patience.

Lack of communication from Jaguar re delivery of vehicle was very frustrating - Hurst did their best to keep me informed.

The car wasn’t particularly well presented on original inspection with lots of marks on the paintwork and a handprint inside - but when I informed Dougie of this he got it sorted out straight away and the car was presented to a high standard. Dougie Aughey has been extremely easy to contact and very helpful throughout.
