Having only used the check in on line I cannot comment on the service. Due to much longer wait time than expected.

Felt relaxed and well looked during the handover, allowing me to follow and understand the different features available to me. Also appreciated the thoughtfulness shown to my wife, with the lovely bunch of flowers.

Handover was conducted in a professional manner.

All the staff were extremely polite, all our questions were answered and we were made to feel valued.

I thought that it was very good, and I was impressed at the time taken to set up the cars infotainment system and go through it all with me

Sales member was extremely knowledgeable about the car being purchased by myself. He was professional, polite yet friendly, so put me at ease immediately. He talked through everything I needed to know, such as where indicators, wipers where, all the new gadgets included and how to work them.

Friendly professional salesman Chris delivered on his promises and took time to answer my questions.

See my comments on the question #1 Your Service Manager Caitlyn, and the Driver who picked my car up and returned it to me did an excellent job. Kept me informed and followed up on my requests. However, Your booking system asks for any additional information or comments and this looks to be "lost" when the job card is produced. I had notes about my air-conditioning needing checked which were not seen. Also when the collection confirmation came through from the Lookers site it also asked for any additional comments and I wrote the same there. Also apparently lost ? I will rather phone up to book in the future and speak to a human.
