Friendly staff. Everything including finance was well explained. Also made plain that calling in any time for any further help is no problem. We did discuss service plans at my initial appointment but I forgot about it! Will probably follow this up soon.

Emma was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to me, she really looked after me during my visit including arranging transport to my office to work while my car was in the garage. A great service!

Overall, v good and car was cleaned v well. Only downside was no phone call re pick up time. 4 pm was agreed and car not ready until after 5. Not a big issue and one phone call would have saved me arriving early.
