Excellent treatment and very open line of communication with Mark on the phone booking the service and Lindsey when on site. I did have an issue with price rising due to a technicality of being given a quote and then it not being honored due to a technicality with terms and conditions which upset me greatly it being the mouth of christmas

Leaving my car ar 8am & saying that I would appreciate a quick return, I received no notification and on returning at 2pm was told it would be about an hour and a half before it would be ready, but there was no time to clean outside or inside. I eventually left the dealership at 4pm. With 40466 miles on the car and an 80000 mile service I was disappointed to find that my interior courtesy lights were off.

Car is running so much better now it’s an 09 reg and driving almost like new . Louis was great . The car was with you for two weeks and the final bill just under £ 5000 . The only suggestion I would make is that you include an exterior clean .
