The time between initial contact and getting a date for the work to be done needs to be shortened. Waiting around 2 months really isn't acceptable.

My wife and I were a bit disappointed at not receiving any type of gift on collection, compared to our previous experience where we had a presentation case with two Jaguar key rings and a bouquet of flowers. This time I removed the key ring from the old fob and left it with both old fobs so felt I left quite coldly empty handed.

As previously reported Sales staff, front of house Service staff and on this particular visit Damien was very helpful, professional and for the first time in 5 visits was honest in the description of the issues. The problem remains with the vehicle, the design is substandard, the finish delivered is substandard and the major issue with the car remains. Unfortunately, the vehicle will be returning shortly. On the next visit, I will ask if I can have the car independently repaired at your expense or replaced..enough is enough.
